David's Bio
David is a seasoned educator, ministry leader, and consultant with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in both education and pastoral ministry. Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Regent University, he has served in diverse roles such as Head of School, Assistant Principal, Classroom Teacher, Associate Pastor, Student Pastor, and Family Pastor. His expertise lies in building strong teams, equipping leaders, and fostering growth in schools and churches.
As an executive church and school consultant, David specializes in leadership development, organizational growth, and culture building. He is dedicated to guiding ministries and schools through challenges while helping them achieve sustainable success.
David’s greatest joy is sharing life with his wife Erin and their two daughters, Hailey and Madison. In 2019 David and Erin founded a marriage conference and coaching ministry called Married 4 Better which allows them to travel and speak together on the values of marriage. With a heart for people and a gift for strategic leadership, David is committed to creating lasting impact in every community he serves.
